WHAT WE DO.
At SWMACC culture is not only something we celebrate, it's the fuel that drives our vision to engage, educate and unite all people. For over 25 years, SWMACC has used cultural diversity to bring about change and understanding through the facilitation and support of bespoke programs and activities. Catering to all sectors of the community, our programs run throughout the year within the South-western Sydney area and beyond. Each program is tailored to provide opportunities for participants to grow, share and learn in a positive and uplifting environment.

CREATING FUTURE LEADERS
Over the years, SWMACC has provided many young people the opportunity to develop leadership skills by attending regional and national youth conferences. Our Urban Youth Council and Emerging Pacific Youth Leadership Program deliver these experiences, plus further opportunities to learn core leadership skills from leaders of government and industry.
