Nothing brings people together like good food. The SWMACC Community Dinners not only provides a free meal, but a chance for people to learn about cooking nutritious and healthy meals for one, or for the whole family.
Participants also learn the practical skills of meal preparation and the benefits of cooking with certain foods versus others, what foods give you more energy, and how best to cook ingredients to gain maximum nutrition and taste.
The SWMACC Community Dinners are made possible by the donations, time, and resources of Pack The Pantry, supporting organisations and community groups.
The SWMACC Community Dinners are open to everyone. RSVP are recommended for catering purposes.
